JANUARY sat 10th & sun 11th
Weekend Workshop 'Little Books for Tiny Secrets' with MARY YOULES.
An opportunity to make small books for holding memories, poetry, garden notes a & photos or create a sketchbook with a decorative cover in readiness for February's course.            
JULY sat 17th
Saturday Workshop 'Creating with Embroidered Fragments'
LYNNE PROSSER will share her ideas for using stitch and technique samples, pre-embroidered fabrics and rejects to create a new piece of work.
  
FEBRUARY sat 7th
Saturday Workshop 'An Embroiderer's Sketchbook'. 
Begin an exciting new sketchbook with LOUISE  WATSON a source of ideas, information and inspiration for future use.
AUGUST sat 14th
SUMMER SOCIAL 10am to 4pm.
Mini workshops, demos, stalls, American style bring & share food and an afternoon talk.
MARCH sat 13th
Saturday Workshop 'Decorative Caskets' with JANET EDMONDS.
Medieval caskets are the inspiration for this machine based course. Create richly ornamented surfaces with metallics, colour and pattern.
SEPTEMBER sat 11th
AGM 2 to 4pm. The Reddings Community Centre.
'Poetic Images' ANGIE HUGHES will give a talk with slides. Sales table and raffle.

APRIL mon 5th
An inspiration day for members at Nature in Art, Walsworth Hall with LIZ HARDING and JAN EVANS.
Sketch, photograph and study in the house and grounds as well as viewing items in the Collection.

 

OCTOBER sat 9th
Saturday Workshop. Enjoy making 'Spiral Rope' with FANNY WRIGHT.
Choose your own colour scheme and spiral 2 colours of beads together to make a necklace or bracelet.
Experiment with different sizes, shapes and colours.
APRIL sat 17th
Saturday Workshop 'Out of India' with CHRIS HARLEY.
Hand stitch a mini Indian landscape using mixed media techniques, paper, paint, glitzy threads and fragments of exotic fabrics.
NOVEMBER sat 13th
Saturday Workshop 'Shadow Work a Sheer Delight' with RUTH COLLINS.
From simple starting points to experimental work using hand and/or machine stitch, transfer printing, shadow applique and shadow quilting techniques.

MAY sat 8th
Saturday Workshop 'Wire, Metal and Found Things' with SHEILA HATCH.
An experimental day inventing shapes and forms from metal strips and wires. Ideas for bead-like structures which could be incorporated into future work.
DECEMBER sat 11th
CHRISTMAS SOCIAL 2 to 4pm.
The Reddings Community Centre.
SALLY SPARKS will be giving a slide talk with textiles to handle from her latest journey to China with fellow traveller Viv Young. Raffle and seasonal refreshments.
JUNE sat 26th
Saturday Workshop 'Heartfelt' with TERESA SEARLE.
Enjoy making a hat, bag or other accessory from felted knit using applique and embroidery techniques.
